Quicksand Lake
Watch your step in Desert biomes. Quicksand Lakes can generate naturally and will trap and slowly suffocate anything that steps in them.

The same danger as Quicksand Lakes, but found in the Badlands. Watch your step around Mesa biomes.
Capybaras brings the world's chillest animal to Minecraft. They can be found in swamp and mangrove biomes, and with a few sugar cane you can make one your own. Once tamed, you can equip them with cosmetics like a top hat, or protect them with iron, gold, or diamond armor.
With over 10 different capybara variants to find, each one feels a little different. When slain they drop capybara fur blocks that can be crafted into carpets, you can also shear the capybara to get the fur block.
Cosmetics and capybara armor can be found inside chests scattered around the world, so make sure to explore.

Capybaras are passive mobs that roam swamp and mangrove biomes. They will never attack you.

Find a Capybara
Head to a Swamp or Mangrove biome. Capybaras can usually be found hanging in or around water.

Bring Sugar Cane
Sugar cane is the only thing a capybara can be tamed with. Grow or find some before you go looking for one.

Right Click to Feed
Hold sugar cane and right click the capybara to feed it. You may need to do this multiple times before it becomes tamed.

Tamed
Once tamed, the capybara will follow you. You can now equip it with cosmetics and armor or make it sit.
Cosmetics
Once your capybara is tamed, you can equip it with cosmetics. These are purely decorative and found inside chests scattered around the world.
Top Hat

Overview
