Infection Mod
The Infection Mod has zombies which will have a 30% chance to spawn with the infection. If you get hit by an infected zombie, you will become Infected you will slowly lose hearts every 2 minutes until you die! Save yourself by using Vaccine Z it will cure you and restore all your hearts!
